Bookings

Araluen Beach House is available to book via Airbnb.

Booking availability, pricing, payment, cancellation and refund policies are managed through Airbnb and will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

• Check-in: From 3:00pm

• Check-out: By 10:00am

• Self check-in via secure keypad

Early check-in or late check out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Your Stay

Araluen Beach House comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed coastal living.

The home features four bedrooms, including a private upstairs master retreat with ensuite, two generous living areas, a Cheminees Philippe fireplace, solar-heated swimming pool, seasonal wood fired hot tub (available April to the end of October), barbecue area, basketball hoop and beautiful native gardens with a thriving veggie patch.

Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh herbs from the garden and immerse themselves in the peaceful natural surroundings that make Araluen so special.

House Rules

As Araluen is our home, we kindly ask all guests to treat it with the same care and respect they would their own.

During your stay we ask that you:

• Maximum of 8 guests.

• No parties, events or gatherings.

• No commercial photography or filming without prior approval.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.

• Dogs are welcome by prior approval only. Please contact us before booking. A one-off pet fee of $150 applies.

• Observe quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

• Please be respectful of our neighbours at all times.

• The wood fired hot tub is available seasonally from April to the end of October.

• Please care for the home, furnishings, gardens and surrounding environment.

• Help protect the local wildlife by leaving the gardens undisturbed and keeping fly screens closed during the warmer months.

• Please note the master bedroom is located upstairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Before You Leave

Before departing, we kindly ask that you:

• Turn off lights, heating, cooling and appliances.

• Return any keys as instructed.

• Lock all doors and windows.

• Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.

• Leave the home in a clean and tidy condition.

Respecting Our Neighbours

Araluen is nestled within a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and maintaining a peaceful environment is incredibly important to us and our neighbours.

To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we kindly ask guests to:

• Keep noise to a respectful level at all times.

• Refrain from loud music, shouting or excessive outdoor activity, particularly during quiet hours.

• Park responsibly using the property's off street parking where possible.

• Not exceed the number of guests included in the booking.

• Not bring additional accommodation onto the property, including tents, caravans or campervans.

• Respect the surrounding neighbourhood, native bushland and local wildlife.

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in the termination of your stay in accordance with Airbnb's policies.
